Securing access to your VPS and services provisioned through your account.
Ensuring your actions — and those of users authorized under your account — fully comply with this AUP.
Preventing third-party abuse or unauthorized use of your allocated resources.
TradingVPS disclaims all responsibility for customer-hosted content, trading results, or consequences of unauthorized account activity.
You may not use, or permit others to use, TradingVPS services for any purpose that violates law, regulation, platform policies, broker agreements, or this AUP.

Participating in terrorist activities or supporting sanctioned entities.
Launching or hosting automated trading bots that perform unauthorized broker-side scraping, excessive order generation, or violate brokerage/exchange API terms.
Connecting automated systems to third-party accounts without authorization or performing shadow trading.
Attempting to manipulate market feeds, delay brokers’ services, or mimic pricing to spoof platforms.
Deploying malware, ransomware, or viruses through your VPS.
Initiating DDoS attacks, port scans, brute-force login attempts, or unauthorized penetration testing.
Running open mail relays, TOR exit nodes, or anonymizing proxy gateways.
Sending spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk communications.
Running cryptocurrency mining operations without explicit prior authorization.
Hosting high-frequency tasks that monopolize CPU, disk, or bandwidth against fair-use thresholds.
Deploying distributed apps or networks that strain system or data center load.
You are expected to:
Secure all credentials, SSH keys, and access tokens.
Configure firewalls and access rules appropriately.
Update trading systems, OS, and software for security patches.
Monitor usage patterns and system logs for suspicious activity.
If your VPS is compromised or misused:
You may be held accountable for damage, data loss, regulatory exposure, or blacklisting.
Services may be suspended or terminated without notice.
You will be liable for remediation costs, including but not limited to IP delisting or forensic analysis.
TradingVPS does not monitor or control content proactively but may take action in the following cases:
Receipt of a formal legal notice or government request.
Verified reports of malware, illegal content, or abuse.
Policy violation notifications from third-party providers, brokers, or ISPs.
Violating content may result in service restriction, suspension, or deletion without prior notice. We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulators as required by law.
All IP addresses remain the property of TradingVPS.
Clients receive a license to use assigned IPs for the duration of their active subscription.
Blacklisting of an IP due to your use will result in immediate investigation and possible fees.
Bandwidth is provided under fair-use assumptions. Sustained high-volume use may result in throttling or service limitations.

TradingVPS may take any of the following actions at its sole discretion:
Issue warnings or compliance notices.
Restrict specific traffic or protocols.
