1. Acceptance of Terms
- By clicking “accept”, subscribing, accessing, or using any part of the services provided by TradingVPS (the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).
- If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access the Services.
- These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the “Client”, “you” or “your”) and TradingVPS (“we”, “us”, “our”). You warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You agree that these Terms, together with any service order form, schedules, addenda or acceptances, represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations or communications.
- Your continued use of the Services after any modification to these Terms (see Section 8) constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Service Description
- TradingVPS provides virtual private server (“VPS”) hosting services specifically tailored for trading activities (the “Services”). These Services include access to high‐performance servers, ultra‑low latency connectivity, optimized infrastructure for trading platforms, and other features as described in your order.
- The exact specifications, performance, and other features of the VPS (including CPU, RAM, disk, network, etc) will depend on the plan you select and our then‑current published service descriptions.
- While we strive to deliver optimal trading conditions, you acknowledge that the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and that we make no guarantee of specific trading volumes, profits, or results.
- You are responsible for selecting the appropriate plan, configuring your trading software or platform, and ensuring that your usage is compatible with the Services. We may provide recommendations or guidance but you accept full responsibility for your trading setup, software, strategy, and use of the VPS.
3. Billing and Payments
- Fees for the Services are due in advance and must be paid before the start of each billing period. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency (where applicable). Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- Unless otherwise specified in your order, the Services are billed on a monthly basis. Fixed‑term or discounted plans may have alternative terms as specified in your order.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period for an identical term under the same fees and conditions unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. By continuing to use the Services beyond the renewal date, you accept the renewal and the fee for the next term.
- We reserve the right to change our prices, payment methods or billing terms with prior notice. Any change in price will apply only to subsequent renewal terms and not to the current active billing period, unless otherwise specified.
- If you fail to make payment when due, we may suspend or terminate your Services in accordance with Section 4 and shall have no liability for any loss of access, data or profits.
4. Cancellation, Trial, and No-Refund Policy
– You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client area or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future billing. However, cancellation does not entitle you to any refund for the current or any previous billing period.

TradingVPS operates under a strict no-refund policy.
- Once a payment has been successfully processed for any product or service, including VPS services, add-ons, licenses, or other related services, such payment is final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

By purchasing any service from TradingVPS, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) All payments made are final.
(b) No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued after payment is completed.
(c) Dissatisfaction with performance, compatibility issues, third-party software issues, trading losses, configuration errors, or misunderstanding of service features does not qualify for a refund.
(d) Network conditions outside of our infrastructure, user-side internet problems, or market-related outcomes are not grounds for refunds.
We strongly encourage customers to evaluate our service using the free trial option described below before making any purchase.
– Free Trial VPS (Evaluation Period)
To build customer trust and allow proper evaluation, TradingVPS offers a 1–3 day free VPS trial, subject to the following conditions:
(a) The trial is available for VPS products only and must be requested via live chat or email.
(b) Trial approval is granted at the sole discretion of TradingVPS.
(c) The trial period is strictly for evaluation purposes and lasts between one (1) and three (3) calendar days after activation.
(d) No payment is required during the approved trial period.
(e) Continued use of the VPS after the trial period requires upgrading to a paid plan and completing payment.
(f) Once upgraded to a paid plan, the service becomes fully subject to our strict no-refund policy.
TradingVPS reserves the right to modify, approve, deny, or withdraw the trial offer at any time without prior notice.
5. User Responsibilities
– You agree to use the Services at your own risk. You are solely responsible for all activities, transactions, software, platforms, trading systems, data, and results that occur through or on your VPS.
- Maintain sufficient backups of your data, trading configurations, logs and system state.
- Monitor your trading platforms, automation systems, and ensure they operate safely.
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and brokerage or exchange terms governing your trading.
- Secure your VPS credentials, API keys, secrets and system access.
- Use the Services only for legitimate trading‑related purposes and not for illegal, abusive or prohibited activities (including but not limited to hacking, spamming, unauthorized network scanning, hosting illegal content).
– You acknowledge that we do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted service, invulnerability to hacks, or the absence of latency or execution risk. You accept that trading involves multiple external factors beyond our control (including broker performance, market conditions, internet connectivity, hardware failure).
– You agree that you are responsible for choosing the plan, configuring software, testing your strategy, sizing your positions, and applying risk management. We shall not be held responsible for any losses (data or financial) resulting from your configured system, trading strategy, market events, or VPS downtime.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TradingVPS harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
7. Limitations of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradingVPS disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- In no event shall TradingVPS, its affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, regardless of theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability).
- In any event, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Thus, the foregoing limitations may not apply to you. In such case our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any such changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website (or notifying you by email), and your continued use of the Services thereafter constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- We will use reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes (e.g., pricing or refund policy changes) prior to the renewal of a billing period, but you remain responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
- If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Services and cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
